On the Same Page logoThe communities of Lafayette, Louisville, and Superior join to present the sixth annual “On The Same Page” community-wide reading program. The program asks “What would happen if everyone read the same book at the same time?”

This year’s title is All the Light We Cannot See, by Anthony Doerr, winner of the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.All the light we cannot see book cover

All the Light We Cannot See is an epic novel of historical fiction that takes place in the seaside enclave of Saint-Malo, France, during the final days of World War II. As noted on the Pulitzer website, the book is “An imaginative and intricate novel inspired by the horrors of World War II and written in short, elegant chapters that explore human nature and the contradictory power of technology.”

More than 100 books are available at Lafayette and Louisville libraries, thanks to funding by the Lafayette and Louisville library foundations and the Town of Superior. Formats include: Book club sets, books on CD, downloadable e-books, books in large print, and Spanish versions.
