“While we have missed going and browsing for books, my kids (5 and 8) have loved searching for books online, placing them on hold, and getting excited to see what is ready for pickup! They get so excited when we can drive up and pick up a sack of new books. While we only like a few minutes drive away, they tear into the bag while in the car and I usually have to take the books out of their hands so they can walk back into the house. On nicer days we pick up by bike and go and read on the benches by the little park in the back. Thank you Lafayette Library for continuing your hard work during this pandemic!”
