The Lafayette Public Library is excited to announce an Unusual Reading Spot Bookmark Contest! Participants of all ages may enter a picture taken while they are reading in an unusual place or pose. Some examples include pictures of someone reading in their backyard, reading near a famous spot in Lafayette, or an iconic landmark.
All photo entries will be posted online during the month of May. Three photographs will be selected to be printed on bookmarks. Bookmarks will be distributed at the library during the summer.
Contest Rules:
- Open to all ages.
- One entry per person. Family members, pets, and friends may appear in photos.
- Make sure the cover of your book is clearly visible in the photo.
- Submit photos using the submission form below.
- Take the photograph in the highest resolution your camera will allow.
- Please do not change or edit the photo with filters, effects, text, etc. We want authentic photographs!
